Unless prior arrangement is made with the Academy, no outside visitors are allowed on campus at any time, including overnight. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed off the campus of the Vancouver Island Music Academy unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, counsellor/chaperone, or an Academy faculty member. Students may leave campus with a parent/ guardian, authorized relative or visitor over the age of 18 if written permission by the parent/ legal guardian is on file at the school stating the name of the person who will be responsible for the student and the authorized person presents I.D. at the Academy office upon arrival.
